Founder & Principal Mr. Essam Attia Attorney at Cassation (Supreme Court) – Egypt
Mr. Essam Attia is a distinguished Egyptian lawyer with over 34 years of high-level legal practice. He began his legal career during his studies at Faculty of law, Cairo University, working closely with several of Egypt’s most prominent senior attorneys. By 1993, he had established his own law office, which has since grown into a reputable and trusted legal practice serving a broad portfolio of corporate and individual clients, both locally and internationally. Over the decades, Mr. Attia has expanded the firm’s practice areas, developed specialized units, and established a strong presence in civil, commercial, corporate, and arbitration matters. His work has earned him recognition within the Egyptian legal community and among regional business sectors.

• 1991: Registered with the Egyptian Bar Association. • 1993: Founded the first office in Darb Al-Ahmar, Cairo. • 1995: Opened a second office in Al-Ahram. • 1999: Elevated to the Court of Appeal Bar; office relocated to 505 Al-Ahram Street, Giza. • 2000: Established a dedicated Debt Recovery Experts Unit. • 2001:Earned Fellowship from the Egyptian Society for Public Finance & Taxation., Recognized as an accredited arbitrator by the Ain Shams University Arbitration Center. • 2003: Relocated to 511 Al-Ahram Street, Giza. • 2004: Created the International Representation Department (Egypt Attorney) to serve clients abroad. • 2005: • Appointed arbitrator at the Ain Shams University Arbitration Center (Egypt’s only official arbitration center at that time). • Appointed legal advisor to the Egyptian Society for Public Finance & Taxation. • 2012: Office relocated to 58 Shehab Street, Mohandeseen. • 2015: Settled permanently at the current headquarters: 228 Al Bahr Al Aazam Street, Giza, Egypt.
